It does what it’s supposed to. Not all the type of routines work the way it should maybe due to height. There’s more adjustments being done than the workout itself.i wish product game with the bag and or workout videoThe bar is okay. Not much cushion on it if you are doing bench press position. Hurts really bad on your neck. The coils/bands are really great though. They come with four locks on it and for the first five minutes, it was great. You have to use the metal lock to put them on at the top. Problem is, those straps they use for adjusting the actual height? Are flimsy and do NOT hold. The left side slide out no matter how many times i tried to firmly put the clamp in place.I would return this, but i really like the bands. They are 20lbs each. comes with 6. And the triangle hand grip with metal clamps. I can use this with my standup pullup frame, but for individual use, using this alone?DONT DO IT. Even for only using one cord on each side, that fastener at the top of the bar to adjust the strap is flimsy and you will spend 20 minutes wrapping/tying it to try and make it not slip. Then another 20 minutes trying to get the knot out.If you have a cushion, it is the only way that flimsy cushion on the bar itself will not cut into your shoulders and back when using any type of across the back workout.Would not recommend buying this other than the cords and triangle hand grips to use with other equipment.Massively disappointed.I try all 180 resistance straps and it’s really 180 pounds but I advise you to start with 1 resistance strap and add more if need..❤️??I love this little set! You can use it all together or get creative and use different parts of it to accomplish different exercises. Everything is really sturdy so I’m not scared about anything snapping or something. Love the heavy duty clips cause I can get use out of them for other stuff when not using the equipment. All in all a great buy to keep a versatile home exercise routine going.This thing is rad. I like it a lot, it makes me sore. I gave if 4 stars bec: fair warning: the bands give less resistance than stated. I would die squatting 180 lbs but have no problem with all bands connectedI liked this machine since it was able to give a good amount of resistance that simulated using weights. It's bigger than I thought it would be nd somewhat difficult to take apart for my liking.Great bar. I’m doing a lot of arm workout with it. Great resistance. Straps are really sturdy. I’m just hoping they sell more bands if I want to increase the weight for my legs.
