To build arm strengthI use this product on a regular basis but have one very important question: Why is it the manufacturer of this product requires the purchaser to pay for a freaking subscription for video instructions describing the exercises you can perform with this thing as well as the ways of configuring the bar after having spent so much money for this thing in the first place?!?That reality just does not sit well with me. Number one, it's overpriced. Number two, the subscription for the exercises is -WAY- overpriced. Why the instructional videos were not included as part of the purchase price I will never know? But what I do know is I will never purchase this again. Well, I will not ever purchase another similar product unless the means for learning how to use it is INCLUDED in the purchase price.Otherwise, I don't have any real complaints about it. Since I absolutely refused to spend another $49 or $50 for a subscription for this thing, I get by on the exercises I'm able to figure out on my own.For the most part it’s pretty easy to put together. Download the app realized I didn’t need that within the first 30 to 40 minutes of having it so immediately canceled.Got it all set up and made sure that the tension was not too tight but not to loose. Within the first three reps of squats one of the bands snapped and needless to say that hurt like a son of a gun.I don’t want to say that the quality is bad as I just may have gotten an unlucky strap that just wasn’t made correctly.Overall it’ll do well for some basic home strength training especially if you are rehabbing and don’t really want to deal with a gym and all the people. I think $90 is a bit much but will follow up in the coming month or so and see how I feel then.I have a lot of resistance bands and I was hoping to be able to put them all together. I’m just really underwhelmed by this. I have a very hard time believing that each band equals 30 pounds to total 180 pounds. I am relatively fit and even with challenging exercises, I maxed out the weight and how tight the straps can be and didn’t struggle much. Also, you have to buy an app for exercise ideas. What’s worse, the bar bends where it connects and is only held together by two little flimsy metal pieces that lock in. I think for safety alone I won’t be using this. It can be a little difficult between exercises to have to switch up your feet, the bands, the length, etc.Very practical product and useful. We used it while traveling don't require a lot space for storage recommended. Just keep it locked because it's very popular and they stole ours.I really do like this product, I love the exercises you can do with it my only complaint are the bands, They are cheaply made! Ive had the redge fit almost a month and one of the bands already broke and another is on its way to breaking, If they made the bands better this would be a 5 star product.I really enjoyed this bar it makes getting a workout in easier. I travel for work and sometimes the locations I stay there isn't a gym or its over priced, so having the bar you can still get your workout in and possibly cut gym cost while on the road. Not to mention the when home if I get home and don't want to head back out to the gym it can just use the bar since it has a versatile use and you still got an exercise in instead of skipping a day. Easy to use and set up, why not price ain't bad and it brakes down for easy travel. The bands can break fairly easily and can be dangerous had one snap and leave a nice welt on my arm while doing squats.I put 10 workouts through this contraption and two bands snapped simultaneously. The hook from one band hit my thumb extremely hard and now it's black and blue. Had to go to the ER to make sure it wasn't broken or fractured. Do yourself a favour and find your self a good quality set of bands even if it costs more money. After all it is your health!Bought it as what was suppose to be a nice alternative to get some quick workouts in. As it turns out, there is literally zero instructions on how to use it, and if you want any type of instructions, you got to pay into their app, which is a truckload of bull. You want workouts but will end up paying for their lifestyle and meal plans, which comes our closer to $200. A gym membership is cheaper than that AND you get more equipment.I ordered the six band set up, but was given the four band one. There's a difference in price so it's disappointing to not get my money's worth. Plus, in the product picture, it shows accessories like a jump rope, and light dumbells, etc., that did not come with the product.Im still going to use it, but I can't recommend anyone else get this product. Disappointing to say the least.Edit:So I have used it a couple of times now and really enjoy using it. Four bands is not nearly heavy enough for my normal sets but it is easy to use and I enjoyed the workout (except for the huge increase in reps).First workout the band detached. Poor design or something how do I get more bands? I will happily change my review if they have some band warranty and replacement program... not a happy camper rnHad 2 straps break one injuring my hand quite severely!Do not buy this!! The straps definately have a fault.Waste of money
