Great, very happyI like that it is longer - very durable- would like one longer since I am tall. A great buy!I like this band for its durability- though I have only used it a couple of times, so I cant really speak to that yet. I like putting it around a secure post and doing rows. It is also good for kickbacks. However, with doing bicep curls or something with a shoulder shrug motion, I have to stand very wide to get any tension which compromised my form. I wish I thought of this before buying it. I questioned whether I should return it, but decided not to because its still a high quality resistance band.I got this resistant tube for physiotherapy on my rotator cuffs, and ankles. Was using stretch bands, but they are uncomfortable, need adjusting and it did snap on me. The handle size (circumference and width), material and texture are very comfortable for a firm secure and non-slip grip. Wanted one with an anti-snap protective sleeve, it allows me to exercise without worry of getting injured! Such a huge difference between using this resistance tube with handles vs stretch bands. It enables me to focus on doing the physio exercises correctly, without any discomfort distraction. I recommend it!I've been using these a little over 2 weeks and loving them. Yes from home they provide a great fitness solution, but I find myself throwing them in my backpack and heading to the park - Anchor them to a tree or anything with a carabiner and getting a great workout in the sunshine! So versatile.The product is great. Top quality. There was an issue with the order and this seller went above and beyond to make me happy. I will again.I have bought three of these after using them at my trainers gym who works with NHL players. The build quality is great and they have worn well after use in multiple locations including for travel. I find the stated weight can be increased by stretching the length.
